Overview

We are looking for a successful and enthusiastic marketing and events professional to join our Talent Division Marketing Team during a time of exciting change and growth. The Marketing & Events Coordinator responsibilities include planning, managing, executing and analyzing events that will promote brand recognition, improve product knowledge and align with organizational goals and objective.


Key Areas of Responsibility

Event Planning (Events, Conferences & Webinars):

Develop and execute annual event and webinar schedule for the Talent Division

Manage client-facing webpages of upcoming events and webinars

Attend events to conduct audits and recommend continuous improvements

Create and manage landing pages for event registration

Manage proactive planning of all internal / external events and webinars (3-6 months in advance) - ensuring clearly defined goals / outcomes from strategic inception to execution to postmortem

Manage / support execution of all event and webinar logistics, including vendor contract negotiation, strategic communications, activations and postmortem reporting

Prioritize content deliverables for multiple ongoing projects at once

Talent Product Catalogue:

Ongoing management of Talent Catalogue of Products (digital / print)

Collaborate with Talent Division to develop content, revise pricing and maintain accuracy on an as needed basis

Print & Promotional:

Manage inventory of print and promotional material for the Talent Division

Anticipate new project and event requirements to ensure timely delivery of print and promotional collateral

Determine project objectives and provide detailed creative briefs for graphic design

Manage internal sign-off process for all collateral to ensure internal stakeholder approval

Source quotes and workback schedules to secure best pricing and quality

Planning & Budget:

Build, manage and execute annual marketing budget and plan alongside the Talent Marketing Team

Ensure timely invoice processing and reconciliation, providing budget updates on a bi-weekly basis

Utilize Power Bi for analyzing ROI and providing insights to internal stakeholders
